职责描述:
rolepurpose
the primary role isthat of providing first level support through taking calls / e-mails and handlingthe administrative support for sales team in hong kong, using the order processmanagement and request fulfillment processes for the colt customers.
key accountability
pre-sales related
· create accounts in the system
· register opportunities in the system
· request pricing
· prepare quotations
· request to assign sales engineer
order related
· prepare order forms
· input the client and ordered service data to siebel,c4c and salesforce
· request for credit check, nda for new logo
· check and verify the information and make correction
· provide the information to sop and coordinate on orderprocessing
· request to assign delivery manager / project manager
post-sales related (billingcustomer)
· manage the client data to bill
· handle customer inquiries and address billing/contractissues
· manage the change of the order
· create and manage sales ringi
· call tree management
· churn forecasting
· follow up on aging / overdue / collection
relationships and key contacts
- reporting locallead and manager in hong kong
- internal and external business stakeholders

· fluentor advanced business level in english and chinese for speaking, listening,writing, and reading
· experiencein handling customer call/e-mails for complaints and inquiries
· exceptionalcommunication skills, both written and verbal and excellent active listeningskills
· working knowledge on microsoft office (excel / word /powerpoint)
· minimum 3 years of experience in working in salessupport or customer support
· basic knowledge of it services
· degree level educationpreferable
· see throughcustomers` eyes (customer-oriented mind-set)
· polite andcommunicative
· proactive,independent and with “can-do” attitude.
· goodcommunication skill
· team player(group skill)
· logical thinking and behavior
· attitude ofcautiousness
