Responsibilities： Supervision of the equipment for sample preparation (microwave digestion devices, drying ovens) and analysis (chromatographs, titrators, XRFs,...) Support in the development and industrialization of analytical methods Professional management and training of employees in sample preparation and standardized analyses Review and evaluate analysis reports and, if necessary, initiate further analysis steps Carrying out special and complex analyses on raw materials, intermediates and battery cells Statistic the experiment results and summarize know-how Qualifications: Master degree or higher in analytical chemistry, material chemistry or comparable studies Knowledge of electrochemistry and comprehensive understanding of automotive batteries Knowledge of analytical instruments, principle and application (IR, GC-MS, ICP-OES, XRF…) Good laboratory understanding, good communication and presentation skills. At least 2-years experience in analysis laboratory Fluent in English, German language skill will be considered as an advantage. Very good skills in MS Office.
