Job description: 1.Responsible for development and implementation of cell characterization test protocols. 2.Owner of cell-level test specification and test plans to characterize cell properties. 3.Analyze test results to identify cell limits and optimize performance and reliability. 4.The position supports the process of product validation and design validation for battery products regarding testing topics of battery product. 5.Compile, organize and report test data and results to customer. 6.Report deviations and issues observed in sample, during sample handling, test process or documentation to supervisor. 7.Responsible for the alignment of test specification, test result and test report internally and externally regarding testing topics of battery product. 8.Identify and perform troubleshoot test equipment and connections related to test execution failures. 9.Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualification: 1.Master degree or above in Electrical, Chemical, Mechatronic Engineering or comparable. 2.3 years’ full time working experience in automotive industry or field of battery cell testing. 3.Fluent English or German skills. 4.Intercultural working experience and strong verbal and written communication skills. 5.Basic knowledge of how lithium batteries working mechanism, strong interest or passion for lithium-ion battery technology. 6.Knowledge of standard electronic tools including DC meter, experience with common cell cycling hardware is a plus. 7.Knowledge of MS Office including Excel PowerPoint and Outlook required. 8.Programming experience such as Python or MATLAB. 9.Very good team player/good communication ability, very high motivation, flexibility (e.g. new tasks, business trips, overtime working, etc.) 10.Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. 11.Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
