Job Description: • Planning heat treatment processes and procedures (e.g. plants, equipment, workplaces, material flow technology, testing technology) as well as products for certain processes in DQ200 manufacturing Dalian with consideration of initial situations and framework conditions (e.g. procedures or objectives regarding costs) based on ergonomic, technological and business knowledge. Work with internal and/or external partners in the process. • Elaboration of the technical evaluation for the new project and technical changes with regard to machine and plant technology, tools and test equipment technology, project schedule and cost estimation. • Creating technical specifications, preparing nomination decisions, working out schedules, proposing and justifying in-house and external production based on cost calculations. Developing target / actual comparisons in relation to the required capacities, presenting alternatives, setting up and modulate investment costs and processing time. • Proposing, developing, presenting and coordinating planning concepts and/or projects for the specialized divisions, including their implementation, as well as controlling and ensuring of the specified measures. • Assessing, designing and ensuring the application of new technologies, external and internal regulations and, if necessary, coordinating employees from technical perspective. • Checking of the technical documents and constructive specifications for optimum feasibility, supplementing and correcting them if necessary. Proposing constructive changes and calculating savings. Introducing production requirements into TE concepts and ensure their implementation (SE work). • Documentation of the heat treatment processes, manufacture workflows (including machines, operating resources, workplaces, material flow technology) and products. Developing, introducing and monitoring rationalization measures, reduction of processing time, process improvements and evaluating results. • Coordination with the operator/customer (e.g. production), ensuring handover to the operator. • Participation and involvement in the KVP process. Qualification: • Necessary education: Diploma / Master of Science, Materials Engineering /Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering • Personal skills: Good cooperation qualities, strong organizational and communicational skills, problem-solving skills, a high level of responsibility, Engagement and self-initiative, ability to analyses logic, convincing and asserting, process orientation, continuous learning • Working experience (in years): 3 years in the heat treatment area or in mechanical engineering • Language skills: Fluent in German or English • IT knowledge: MS Office, SAP, Auto CAD
